CRHRC 2026 Hamfest Table Purchase Instructions
We appreciate your interest in purchasing a table at the 2026 CRHRC Hamfest. There are 40 tables available, 10 in each row labeled rows “A”, “B”, “C” and “D”. Each row contains 10 tables labeled “1A”. “2A, etc. Please refer to the diagram below to select your requested tables. Sold tables will not show in the check-out process.

There are a total of 10 tables with electrical available. These tables are being sold on a first come first serve basis.
Tables can be purchased electronically on-line. Payment options are credit card, debit card, Google Pay, or ACH.
We have selected Zeffy as our on-line payment processor due to the fact they impose no transaction or processing fees to the club. While you will be prompted for a processing fee – payment of the processing fee is OPTIONAL for the buyer.
When prompted to select a processing fee amount, you may select “Other” and enter the digit zero to avoid paying processing fees.
An electronic receipt will be emailed to the address you entered during the check-out process. Please verify your table numbers and bring this receipt with you to the hamfest to claim your tables.
Vendor set-up begins at 8:00 am on Friday, November 13th.
General admission begins at 12:00 noon on Friday.
